I was born in Island Bay and have lived in Wellington my whole life. Karori has been home since 2009.

Alongside my work in real estate, I have spent many years in volunteer leadership roles focused on community wellbeing, local advocacy, environmental care, and public engagement. I am motivated by practical outcomes rather than noise, and I value clear process, steady leadership, and trust built over time.

Whether I’m working with residents, council officers, volunteers, or clients, my approach is the same: be clear, realistic, and committed to a successful result.

Real Estate Authority (REA)

Andrea’s standing within the real estate profession has led to her appointment to the Real Estate Authority (REA), the independent body responsible for regulating the real estate sector in New Zealand.

This appointment reflects Andrea’s depth of experience, sound professional judgement, and long-standing commitment to high standards of conduct, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance. With more than a decade and a half working at the coalface of the Wellington market, Andrea brings a practical, real-world understanding of agency practice, risk, and professional responsibility to governance settings.
